Made from handpicked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It has a light salmon colour with intense musk and almond aromas. Tastes of raisiny, ripe strawberries and honey notes on palate. With a lush medium bodied lingering finish. It can be enjoyed on its own, with glazed ham, mild curry, quiche or walnuts and goat cheese salad.
